Ahmed Abdulaziz Saleh

Dear Professor Liza;

My name is Ahmed Saleh and I am currently a student in your Business Communication class.

I would like to improve more in the communication part and how to interact more professionally in
communicating by using email, since emails are the most formal and professional way to conduct
business with.

It would be one of my friends, his name is Sanad.

I specifically chose him because he is one of the people that can get the job done and if you ever pitch
him and idea, he would find a creative way to make it better even if the idea is bad or even a failing one,
he would never tell you that it is, but instead he would make the idea much better with other creative
ideas added to it.

Be truthful and honest ;

The best way to communicate in the most professional way and to act in respect, is to always tell the
truth and be thoroughly honest.

Being honest is not just a professional way to communicate ethically, but it also shows how well your
manners are being displayed and being truthful and honest all the time is just better for everyone, even
in your social life.

Speak non-judgmentally ;

Being non-judgmental is one of the best way to communicate in a professional way, therefore there
would not be any decrease in business productivity since no one is judging no one and to respect all
ideas and individuals with no judgmental mentality.

Speak from your own Experience ;

Speaking from your own experience is one of the ways to show your true worth and how well you can
express yourself. It also can be a way to show your colleagues and employers that you have already
been experienced in certain fields, which would make them have much more confidence and reliability
to you
