REGULATING THE MENSTRUAL CYCLE IN A NATURAL WAY

ABSTRACT:

A woman is a milestone in our life. A woman only root cause our life. She only
create our hereditary. So she needs to be a healthy person. During growing period,
girls need more attention for their health during life time. So they need balanced
and healthy diet. Girls who don’t have such diet, many issues arise. Nowadays
women, due to malnutrition are facing irregular menstrual cycle as well as fertility
issues.

We (Sandhiya Sree and Miridulaa Haree) the students of Valliammal Mat. Hr. sec
.School, Anna nagar East, Chennai decided to learn root causes of irregular
menstruation. Moreover we tried documenting their menstrual problems and we
trying for documenting what are the reasons for the issues.

We after the survey notice that many of them are irrespective of menstruation
problems hence they become anaemic .They have no adequate awareness about
their health especially in menstrual cycles. Many of them need awareness how to
take care of them and importance of vitamins and minerals etc., we the people who
care about the society needs to teach them how vitamins, minerals and other health
substances are helpful for the hormones stimulation. They have no much knowledge
how the physical activity help from get rid of hormonal problems and help to
reproductive systems.

It is our duty to bring awareness among the younger generation about their health
issues, reproductive issues. The study we had, reveals like black peas, chick peas,
dates, dry grapes etc. improve the hormonal cycle and giving some exercises like
yoga could change bodily and mentally and gave some physical exercises daily. We
change snacks items in our school canteen like sundal, groundnut balls, sesame
balls, peanut, walnut, and fig.

Now we planned to bring awareness to other school children by conducting


awareness program and way-out from the menstrual issues of the budding women.
