    The chest X-ray of patient Champa Devi showed clear lungs with no abnormalities. The heart and bones appeared normal. The radiologist's impression was that the study was normal. A separate X-ray of the patient's lower back and sacrum found mild osteopenia and degenerative changes in the lumbar vertebrae. There was also bilateral sacroiliac joint narrowing and irregularities consistent with sacroilitis. The overall impression was features of spondyloarthropathy.
