    INDOOR USE FOR REGULAR ACTIVITIES (ART, MEDITATION, MEMBER MEETINGS, WRAP CAFE, IMPORTANT CONVOS)
    CURRENT RESTRICTIONS -> restrictions lifted in society. Gateway can amend its policy on restrictions if needed
