Sub:- Legal Notice to return the goods

Dear Madam,

Pursuant to Instructions from and on behalf of my client Ram Vilas Yadav S/o Late
Lalu Yadav R/O Vil.- Pohaddivela, Sub. Div.-Biraul,P.S.-
Ghanshayampur ,Biraul,Dist.-Darbhanga.
I do hereby serve you following legal notice:-

1. That my client is working as a compunder with Dr. Krishna Kishore in

Bakhtiyarpur , Bihar.
2. That my client is engaged in business of making ceramic tooth for Dr.
Krishna Kishore and some other doctors with the help of a machine which was
given by Dr. Krishna Kishore.
3. That one day Smt Pramila Devi in revenge of a domestic dispute thrashed my
client and took away, my client’s and the doctor’s equipments, with her, from
my client possession, due to which the doctor’s work is interrupted and he
keep asking my client for the equippments .
4. That you wrongfully took away the following equipments Ceramic fernace ,
casting fernace, Length machine, motor jaipuriya, spevilizer compressor, LPG
cylinder and other material instrument in your vehicle.
5. That despite repeated request from my client, you are threatening in reverse
and not returning the said equipments.
6. That the unpleasant incident caused my client economical loss & mental
suffering so I request you to kindly send apology letter and return the goods in
your possession and the cost bear by my client in this legal procedure.

I, therefore, through this notice call upon you, to return the goods to my client, under
intimation to me, within the period of 15 days from the date of the notice, failing
which my client has given me clear instruction to file a criminal as well as a Civil
lawsuit for recovery and other miscellaneous proceedings against you in the
competent court of law and in that event, you will be fully responsible for the
same.Please Note well.
A copy of this Notice is kept in my office for record and further necessary action.
