The importance of teamwork

People are very different from each other, for example some people
prefer to do things on their own and others prefer the contrary.
Knowing this, the folzlowing question arises: “Is it better to do things
with other people or to do them on your own?”.
In my opinion, working with your colleagues at a school or college
project can be helpful and even enjoyable than doing it alone. By
working with others new ideas can be found easier and the participants
can share their work to finish faster.
On the other side, in sports, teamwork is crucial. If the players don’t
work together, they won’t be able to win. Another field which is based
on collaboration is construction, without cooperation no building was
done until now.
To sum up, teamwork is very in doing things faster and even in personal
development.
