The reasons why I keep these habits in my life are:

1. Be in good shape

4.To have my teeth clean and when I’m talking to someone

The good results I get form having each good habit are:

1. I feel good about myself

2. The dog is not lazy all day

3.My family feels proud of me

4.I don’t have to worry about the smell of my teeth while I talk to someone
Right now my worst habits are:

1. sleeping late

2. procrastinating

3. being too much on the phone

4. not helping in the house

The reasons why I have these bad habits are:

1. I’m on my phone and leave everything to the last

2. I’m lazy or on my phone

3.Spend a lot of time on social media

4.I’m lazy

The bad results i get for having these bad habits are:

1. I spend a lot of time of my day on my phone and then sleep late
