The first is that the core competencies in NC III finish at 802 hours and focus on the appropriate
health and safety measures as well as good housekeeping practices to maintain the place clean using
the proper cleaning solutions. Then, adhere to community health and safety procedures to provide a
safe working environment. Following that, common competencies finish after 24 hours and focus on
the relationship with clients or customers and the public. In common competencies, training
enhances the effectiveness of the personnel regarding maintaining the standard and having clear
communication with the customer. And for the basic competencies ends at 22 hours that lead
workplace communication, leading small teams, developing and practicing negotiation skills, solving
