(*) Thanks for the time given for reading our announcement about the job. We are pleased to
have you there. We analyzed your CV, and before we will continue, we want to ask you a
few questions, just to be sure you are the person we are looking for.

1. What are your strengths? (*)


I am proud of the skills I have in talking with customers and dealing with difficult
situations.

2. What is your biggest weakness? (*)


I like to be sure that what I do is perfect, which is why I tend to spend too much time
checking.

3. How do you deal with stress and pressure? (*)


I deal with the situation itself, not with the stress. This way, things are under control and
they don’t start to be a stress factor.

4. Describe a difficult situation that you got over it easily? (*)


Although it was difficult when a work colleague has gave up without announcing, we were
capable of reorganizing the department, so we could cover the missing job until we found
a new person.

5. How do you think success needs to feel like ? (*)


For me, success means to do my job really well. I want to be seen as a person that puts
effort and always tries to reach her goals.

6. Why do you need this job? (*)


This is not only a good opportunity, your company is the place where my qualifications
can make the difference.

Because my skills and abilities can be really useful and will bring you a lot of income and
customers to your company.

Once I will get more experience, I plan to advance in a management position.

I am an optimist person, always looking to improve my skills, and open for ideas and
suggestions.

When I was 10, I always wanted to work in the IT domain.
