GENERAL RULES AND REGULATIONS
 Candidates must be a bona fide student of PQWSI and must come from their respective team.
 Each team must have 1 male and 1 female representative.
 Team leader/handler/coach must submit the names of the candidates on or before March 7, 2023.
 Candidates must submit parents’ consent signed by parents/guardian allowing their child to join
the pageant.
The following are the categories of the 2023 Mr. & Ms. Intramurals 2023
1. Production number
1.1 Jeanswear will be used during the production number
2. Jean wear
2.1 Candidates will wear the team color.
Female: White pants
Male: Black pants
3. School Uniform
3.1 Candidates will wear the complete prescribed school uniform
4. Casual Wear
4.1 Candidates will wear any casual.
5. Sports attire
5.1 Candidates will wear their chosen sports attire.
6. Long Gown / Creative Barong
6. 1 Candidates will wear the following color:
Female: Any shade of Blue
Male: Any shade of White
7. Question and Answer
7.1 The Q and A will be in the form of PICTURE ANALYSIS.
7.2 The Picture to be used in the pageant will be focus on School, Environment, Intramural, other
Issues.
7.3 Pictures will be given to the candidates a night before the coronation. Separate pictures for
Female and Male will be given.
7.4 Candidates are allowed to answer the chosen picture in English or Filipino language.
The following are the Minor Awards during the coronation day.
a. Best in Production
b. Best in Creative Jeans
c. Best in Casual
d. Best in Uniform
e. Best in Sports Attire
f. Best in Gown/ Creative Barong
g. Best in Interview
The following are the special award
a. Mr. & Ms. Congeniality
b. Mr. & Ms. Photogenic
c. Mr. & Ms. Telegenic
d. Mr. & Ms. People’s Choice Award
e. Mr. & Ms. Close-up Smile
f. ( other special awards will be given depending on the availability of sponsor)
 Parents of the candidates must be in the venue to watch and be given an opportunity to give the
award whenever their child is awardee.
 Tabulator will be coming from the elementary teachers.
  Note: ranking system shall be used throughout the pageant in order to eliminate extreme ratings.
In case of a tie point system will be used.
 Decision of the board of judges is final and irrevocable.
