Good morning Mr. Kelly. This is Director of Actions Megan Andrews. I am emailing
regarding our company’s recent usability test. The collected results were both positive and
negative feedback revolving around our instruction for Removing a Make-up Stain.

During our testing, subjects claimed a few times, “This seems simple enough,” while reading
the instructions and preparing the solution themselves. However, the subjects encountered a
mild issue when removing the stain with our products. The biggest problem for the subject
was the size of the stain and the amount of solution they should apply. The make-up stains in
a previous usability test were about the same size as a quarter. For this subject, the stain was
more of an ongoing smudge. Because of the size difference of their stain, the participants
asked questions that I could not answer.

Overall, the testing was straightforward, without much interference and aid on my part.
Considering some improvements are needed to our website instructions, I could draw up a
rough draft for an updated version of our instructions. Perhaps, by next week, we could meet
to discuss the new design, instructions, and progress for our topic, removing make-up stains.
