ACTIVITIES TO BE DONE FOR MODULE 1 LESSON 1 & 2

1. Compare RHYTHM and RHYTHMIC ACTIVITIES, DANCE and DANCING.

Write your answers in word file.

2. In a simple Video presentation, demonstrate all the Locomotor and Non-Locomotor

movements.

3. Create a simple rhythmic movement (Dance) by combining at least 5 locomotor and 5

non-locomotor movements or more. Minimum of 3 mins. (you can add music of your
choice)
