    Dear Sir:

    Our warmest greetings for a pleasant day!

    Despite non-payment and abandonment of obligations made by the previous owner, our
    Cooperative, CALAPAN LABOR SERVICE DEVELOPMENT COOPERATIVE
    (CALSEDECO) as the new owner intends to settle the full amount, provided that the property
    manager will consider qualifying us for a discount.

    In view of this, we would like to request if possible, a 60 to 70 percent discount for the unpaid
    dues of the condominium unit which is stated on your billing (Statement of Account) dated
    March 21, 2023, with the due date on April 15, 2023, amounting to (P298, 757.46) TWO
    HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FIFTY-SEVEN PESOS AND
    FORTY-SIX CENTAVOS. It would be a great help for our Cooperative if you can grant us a
    discount.
