Dates for May’23 assessment cycle is yet to be released. Before that, lets prepare us better to appear for
the assessment and clear it successfully.

Wings 1 curriculum ID – 15205 (IT/IT IS)

Eligibility for May’23 assessment cycle

✓ Associates only with Work Performance of A or B

✓ Anniversary rating 4 or 5
✓ Freshers (< 1 year exp) – Only Learning completion is considered.
✓ Learning completion is the mandatory criteria for appearing the proctored assessment.
✓ Learning completion can be met through 3 paths.
1) Completion of learning path
2) Completion of Assessment only path
3) Self-declare the competency related to the track in iEvolve

➢ Learning cutoff date for May’23 assessment cycle is yet to be announced and it will be the
same date for UE certificate completion also.

➢ Try to complete your UE certifications before 30th Apr’23 to be on safer side.

➢ Completion of any one certificate from this list will be considered for marking UE closure.

➢ Google certification is free of cost and does not involve any supervisor approvals.

➢ For all other certification involving 50% to 100% cost, please seek prior approval from
supervisor and follow the normal certification process to avail reimbursement.

➢ Once the certification is completed successfully, Mark it as Acquired in the system

immediately.

➢ Your UE completion will not be reflecting in the Wings1 dashboard immediately (under
STEP 1)

➢ This is a manual process, where we will be sharing your UE certification completion report
(extracted from the system) with the Wings 1 team as per the learning cutoff date, post May
assessments.

➢ Once Wings1 team approves this, your UE completion will reflect in the Wings1 dashboard
under STEP 1 only.

➢ The Unit Elective under STEP 2 is an internal assessment and NOT APPLICABLE for BFSI
associates.
