HRBP MANAGER – RETAIL OPERATION

Job Profile
 Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance especially in retail
operations
 Identify communication for human resource needs to support related retail operation
business strategy
 Ensuring the administrative functions of HR/HRIS, IR/ER in retail operations are properly
managed
 Handing talent management mapping in retail operations and discussing it with People
Development Manager to upgrade talent capability development sales operations team
 Identify key employees (talent) in retail operation and discuss them with the People
Development Manager and Line Manager (HR Division Head) for the preparation of the
development program and develop a retention strategy for key employees (talents).
 Ensuring the achievement of KPIs and able to perform analytical HR/Metrics as a
continuous improvement and performance level
 Realizing a balance of reward and punishment in well-implemented retail operations
 Work closely with all management members and employees to improve work
relationships, optimize values and increase productivity and retention

Job Profile

 S1 Management/Psychology/Finance/Business Administration (or any related major)


 Ideally with accumulated 5+ years in Human Resources Generalist or as an HRBP
 Experience involved in transformation and driving or implementing change management
 Able to understand business needs and able to integrate the comprehensive HR
program and strategies as well as providing advises to the management
 Experience working in retail industry an established corporation with dynamic or
transformation events
 Strong communication skills and interpersonal skills
