TOPIC ABSTRACT FORM

IT CAPSTONE PROJECT I

Del Rosario, Mark Allen

Proponents: Gida Geaselle B.
Fruelda, Jed Morell
Section: IT 3208
Proposed Title: The Most Holy Trinity Parish: Gone but not Forgotten

Background of the Proposed Topic:

The proponent pointed out that the columbarium does not have a web page. They also observe that their
consumers are not receiving adequate care, which is why they manufactured this problem. They also found
that their clients did not comprehend each other in the preparations of the paperwork of those who made
bookings and scheduled appointments. Apart from that, it is merely printed. Another thing that has happened
is that people occasionally phone and make inquiries.
As a result, this group proposed developing a system in which the information of individuals who made
reservations is kept separate from that of those who created schedules in the database. This manner,
information mixing may be prevented. It will offer them ideas on how to build that system. And that thought
will aid them in their efforts.
The Most Holy Trinity is the location of the proponent client. It is in charge of the columbarium in the
church. On the side of the church, the columbarium can be seen, and next to it is the comfort room of the
church.
The system thought up by the proponent is important because here the client will not be confused by the
information, but rather it will make his work easier because of the system that will be created. This will also
help them a lot because they will no longer need to write down the details and information of their customers.
Because of this system, they can immediately see their customers' information once they finish using it and
answering.
