records for such wide-ranging purpose example like confirmation pensions, leave and health

benefits, documenting the work of employees, confirming or reviewing policies and

procedures and last but not least is confirming citizens’ rights, such as benefits or land

ownerships. Second, typical users in national and other archival institutions include

journalists, amateur researchers, government representee requiring information about

government activities and lastly is professional or academic researchers from a wide range

of disciplines.
