 HISTORICAL BACKGROUND
AVM Engineering Geotechnical & Materials Testing Services (AVM) was established in the
year 2020, AVM is a group of civil engineers namely Mr. Christvan Aporado, Mr. Godofredo
Viaña, and Mr. Jimmy Morales was alumnus of National University, Sampaloc, Manila,
Philippines. The three (3) colleagues were started from and specialized in materials
engineering from the year 2000 to the present and put together as one AVM company, AVM
acquired experiences from local to international countries abroad. With such expertise and
experience, AVM is now ready to offer professional services to our future clients

company’s objective is to provide clients prompt and consistent, high quality geotechnical
and material testing services to clients are in need of testing of materials if it is good for using
in construction of infrastructures.

 ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

AVM’s engineers blend engineering principles with observed experience and sound
engineering judgment in their approach to project work. AVM has structured the team to
reflect, on the role they are to play in the project and their area of expertise. This structure is
depicted in the organizational chart, Figure 1, and demonstrates the depth of experience we
offer for the proposed work.

 RULES AND REGULATIONS

AVM will provide client with a dedicated Project Manager/Team Lead to act as a single point
of contact between AVM and client. We will be providing key personnel and the necessary
technical support to complete the project. We will take all the necessary steps and assign
additional resources in a manner so that the project schedule is met, and information is
provided in a timely manner. In addition to providing excellent project management and
technical support, we are also dedicated to working in a safe work environment.
