SCOPE OF WORK - IN SITU MACHINING OF GASKET /

PRESSURE SEAL RING AREA OF THE VALVE

Scope of Work:

 We receive the valve in dismantled condition

 After inspecting the defective / damage portion of the gasket / pressure seal seating area, our
Technician / Operator will install in situ flange machining / facing equipment to remove the
defective portion.
 If the defective area is more and it is required to do weld build up, then welding will be in
your scope (f welding is in our scope).
 In this case, we will do rough grinding on the weldment and subsequent in situ machining to
achieve smooth finish or as per Customer requirement.

Your Scope of Supply:

 Electricity – 220 V single / three phase.

 All scaffolding required to access the valves
 2 Ton Chain pulley or crane facility to shift and mount the machine on the valve body.

Note:

 Apart from the above scope of work, any other special requirement which is not
specified but required to complete repair process, will be carried out on mutual
agreement on case-to-case basis.
