enacted to take effect on June 06, 2022 providing for a total Daily Minimum Wage of P 350.00
Hereunder are pertinents facts about our present security contract:

You will note that in our existing contract of P ____________ per guard per month,
our agency’s profit and administrative margin is taken from the contract. Therefore,
we are getting our office share from the guard’s own wages and paying mandatory
social benefits like SSS, Philhealth, Pag-ibig and retirement / separation benefits.
We realize the financial impact of the above government regulations on our
security contract. Hence, if it is possible, we respectfully suggest that we adjust our
present contract rate from ___________________________ per month.
We believe we have to discuss this matter to maintain the high quality of security
services which you deserve which is possible only if we give adequate compensation for our
guards and comply with labor and government regulations.
