CHRISTINE CRITCHLEY (MRS)

positions working at London Heathrow Airport.

I feel I can contribute to this role as I have an

extensive background in this industry with a strong
desire to assist customers, either face to face or by
telephone, within a timely manner at Check In and
Ticketing and Arrivals Lost Baggage.

Throughout the course of my career, I have honed my

customer service skills, whilst working in all areas
associated with all roles at London Heathrow Airport.
This has enabled me to resolve customer queries in a
professional effective way and in a timely manner.
I was also a trainer for New Entrants, Ticketing,
Arrivals and PRMs.

I am in possession of a valid HAL airside pass and

hold a full DVLA driving licence.
