The company health and safety polices regarding work at height hazards are very professional. All
the PPE, s are provided to the workers like safety harness safety belt etc... And the moral of the
worker is very high. All the safety precautions are taken for the work at height hazards.

Punjab health and safety act 2019 says about the fire hazard, employer shall take all practical
measures for the prevention of fires or explosions and for the provision of safety measures in the
event of fire or explosions as well.
The company is not working according to the health and safety rules of the ILO. That’s why the
workers are facing a lot of serious consequences. The moral of the workers is very low and they
don't believe the poor health and safety policies of the company.
Consideration of likelihood AND severity Welders are doing welding activity near the petrol drums. The workers works there on daily basis
and the petrol drums are present in open atmosphere. The fire explosion may occur due to
negligence of the workers because when fuels sources will get heat source then fire generate and
the likelihood of the accident is very likely.
Insignificant: No harm or damage observes at the workplace.
Minor: just little injury on worker body for example, small burns or cuts on the body.
First aid may be needed for the workers when accident occur.
Major: in this case the injured on head, skin burning, and the bone are broken.
Hospital treatment required or disability of the workers may happen.
Catastrophic: Death of the employees will occur or property loss may occur due to
