SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

That We, LILINDA E. ASUNCION, single, of legal age, Filipino and resident of No.
316 3rd Street, Salinas, Bacoor, Cavite; FLORDELIZA A. DE JESUS, married to Jesus de Jesus
and residing at No. 3898 Interior Aragon St., Baclaran, Parañaque City; and ADELA A.
VILLANUEVA, widow, of legal age, Filipino and resident of 908 Malagasang 1 st, Imus, Cavite,
by these presents, do hereby appoint, name and constitute, VIRGILIO E. ASUNCION, married
to Rosenda C. Asuncion, of legal age, Filipino, and resident of No. 316 3 rd Street, Salinas,
Bacoor, Cavite, to be our true and lawful ATTORNEY-IN-FACT, for us and in our name, place
and stead to do the following:

1. To cede, transfer and convey to HOUSEHOLD DEVELOPMENT

CORPORATION (“Corporation”), all our rights, title and interests in and to the parcel of land
located at Bo. Salinas, Bacoor, Cavite known as Lot 183, Psu-164199, presently covered by
Transfer Certificate of Title No. O-917 with an aggregate area of ONE THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRED FORTY THREE (1,543) SQUARE METERS (“PROPERTY”).

2. To make, sign, execute and deliver in our name any and all contracts, documents,
agreement and papers relating thereto and to sign, execute, acknowledge and deliver any and all
agreements, affidavits, petitions, or other writings therefore, or in any way connected with the
sale of the PROPERTY to the Corporation, and in order to fully implement the said sale and in
order for the Corporation to use, develop and possess the PROPERTY.

3. To demand payment of, collect and receive from the Corporation any and all
sums of money due from the sale of the said PROPERTY, either in cash or in check issued in our
name or under the name of our Attorney-in-Fact.

4. To deposit and withdraw the money or payment in her account, either in cash or
in check issued in our name or under the name of our Attorney-in-Fact.

5. In general, to do all other acts, deeds, matters and things whatsoever in or about
the PROPERTY.

HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING UNTO said Attorney-in-Fact full power and
authority to do and perform all and every act and thing whatsoever required and necessary to be
done in and about the premises, as fully to all intents and purposes as we might or could do as if
personally present.

HEREBY RATIFYING AND CONFIRMING all that our said Attorney-in-Fact and
her substitute, shall lawfully do or cause to be done under and by virtue hereof.
