Direction:

Following the principles of sentence construction as discussed in

this subject, make a memorandum communication addressed to your
COP/ station commander relative to the death of a tricycle driver and
two of his passengers who encountered a vehicular accident in your
AOR (Area of Responsibility) as of this date.

Based on your initial investigation, while the tricycle is traversing

Caniogan Street, Pasig City, a white Toyota Innova without plate number
and driven by undentified person came and hit the tricycle.

Supply the deatails of the case anchored on 5w’s and 1H and other
necessary information.

To the Marchers: Do the same procedure and after putting in one

file/pdf submit to it my email. Post to the GC the list of those who
complied and those who did not. One posting only.
