Barter Royale event is a perfect way to simulate the role of a procurement team in a
company. In the business world, the role of a procurement team is to source, negotiate,
and procure the required raw materials to manufacture a product. This game provides a
fun and interactive way to practice and develop these skills.

In this game, each team will take on the role of a procurement team, and they will have to
use their negotiation skills to acquire the raw materials required to form the final product.
The teams will be in a competitive environment, just like in the real business world, where
they must be strategic and efficient in their approach to be successful. Furthermore, this
game is also an excellent way to develop teamwork and collaboration skills, which are
essential for any procurement team. The teams will have to work together, share
information, and negotiate as a team to achieve their objective.

Event Description
Barter Royale is designed to test the trading and negotiation skills of teams while acquiring
raw materials required to form a final product. Each team will start with one raw material
card, and the rest will be scattered among the other teams or the hub. To acquire the raw
material cards they need, each team must negotiate with other teams or the hub.

Team Structure:
Multiple teams will compete against each other in this challenge. Each team will consist of a
minimum of two and a maximum of five members based on registrations.

Rules:
● Each team will start with some raw material cards required to form the final
product.
● The teams can either negotiate with other teams or the hub to acquire the raw
material cards they need.
● Breaking any of the rules will lead to negative marking or disqualification.
