Abstract

The major goal of this paper is to analyze and assess the importance of knowledge generation,
sharing, and utilization in the resource-based view of competitive advantage. Companies in today’s
era do not independently rely on their fixed or tangible assets in running their business. The blend
of knowledge with the tangible assets is crucial in determining the success of businesses.
Knowledge has become a valuable resource in today’s companies or organizations. In this
competitive business environment, a business is as good as how it continually (Strategizes) creates,
share and process information to create an advantage in a competitive business environment
