PUBLISHING WORKFLOW FOR PROCESS DIAGRAMS
The Diagram Governance Attributes ensure that the publishing workflow in BIC can be started:

1 q “Author” is a mandatory attribute, and can be filled with 1 or multiple names.


q Only maintained authors can edit diagrams
q Only maintained authors can start the publishing workflow
q EOS Dept members will be included by default

2 q “Examiner” is a mandatory attribute, and can be filled with 1 or multiple names.


q Maintained Examiners will be the first ones to review the diagram when the workflow is started
q EOS Dept members will be included by default to check the compliance to our diagram standards

3 q “Second Examiner” is a mandatory attribute, and can be filled with 1 or multiple names.
q Maintained second examiners are requested in the workflow to review the diagram, after the
examiners have accepted it
q CF Responsibles will be mentioned here

4 q “Responsible” is a mandatory attribute, and must be filled with 1 name.


q Maintained responsible finally approved or rejects the publishing of the diagram
q CF Process Owner will be mentioned here
