Grief is inevitable in everyone's lives.

When that period comes, it can take someone by storm and

paralyze them in a state of mourning. Many people deal with grief in their own ways, creating their
own coping mechanisms and finding other ways to get through the hurdle. Melinda, M.A., Lawrence,
and Jeanne (2021) say, "You may experience a wide range of emotions from sadness, anger or
even exhaustion." It is a perfectly normal thing when coping with grief, so it is best to accept these
feelings and talk to someone as well as find a way to let emotions out. Bottling oneself up will do you
more harm than good. It is immensely important to keep oneself healthy, no matter how down one
may feel. Katherine (2020) states that "Eating healthy foods, exercising and getting plenty of sleep
can help your physical and emotional health." If someone should feel that this task would be hard to
do by themselves, they can always ask someone for guidance to help keep them on track. It can be
devastating to suffer a loss, and there are many ways to cope with it. Dealing with grief doesn't have
to be a complicated thing, and help from others would definitely come a long way.
