Dear Roxanne Galang,

We would like to thank you for your interest in renting our car wash facility, as expressed in your letter
of intent. We appreciate your enthusiasm and look forward to discussing the potential rental agreement
with you further.

Our team has received your letter and we are currently reviewing your proposal. We were impressed by
the detailed description you provided of your business plans for the car wash, and we believe that your
proposal shows great potential.

We appreciate your interest in leasing our property and we understand that you have concerns
regarding the reduction of rent during times when there are no classes, as well as the reimbursement
for developments and improvements.

We apologize for any confusion that may have occurred regarding the reduction of rent. Please note
that the reduction is only up to 25%, as stated in the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.
Regarding the reimbursement for developments and improvements, we want to clarify that we can only
approve purchases that are supported by official receipts and have been authorized or permitted. Please
also note that the reimbursement is limited to a total amount of P80K only. Any expenses beyond that
amount will not be applicable for reimbursement.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with regards to these matters. We want to ensure
that our rental agreement is clear and transparent for both parties involved.

We will carefully review all aspects of your proposal, including the terms and conditions you have
outlined, and will be in touch with you as soon as possible to discuss further.
