 Handling the complete Recruitment Life Cycle
 Understanding client requirements (Job Description & Specifications)
 Competitions to hire top talent, sourcing online databases and social media sites, job sites, contact lists,
networking and also optimizing use of employee referrals
 Experience in working for Junior to senior level positions.
 Screening, filtering and short listing resumes according to client specifications.
 Maintaining and updating the Excel sheet for future requirements.
 Conducting telephonic interview to determine experience, skills, knowledge, fitment, CTC Expectations and
relocation constraints.
