Handling the complete Recruitment Life Cycle
Understanding client requirements (Job Description & Specifications)
Competitions to hire top talent, sourcing online databases and social media sites, job sites, contact lists,
networking and also optimizing use of employee referrals
Experience in working for Junior to senior level positions.
Screening, filtering and short listing resumes according to client specifications.
Maintaining and updating the Excel sheet for future requirements.
Conducting telephonic interview to determine experience, skills, knowledge, fitment, CTC Expectations and
relocation constraints.
Coordinating with team lead, scheduling the interviews and finally collecting the feedback from client.
Handling initial round of HR interview in order to judge the candidate's suitability, Attitude.
Salary negotiation with the candidates.
Academic & professional qualification, experience, communication skills etc., before forwarding it to the

Follow up with the candidates after the offer roll out and ensure their joining on board.
