What’s your opinion about people who have lived in the streets?

Unfortunately today there are more people that we can find on the streets,
without a roof, food and family. People who live on the streets are more
exposed to malnutrition, have previous health problems, and being exposed to
extreme temperatures puts them at risk. It is very sad to see people going
through these difficulties, especially when it comes to children who usually
work from a very young age, like at traffic lights and asking strangers for
food. Parents use them to feel sorry for them and that way they can receive
either food or money. But sometimes we don't know the background of the
situation. It may be about people who simply have not done the right thing in
life. Among the causes that lead to being on the streets are uneven work
trajectories, family breakups, problematic drug and alcohol use.
