NOTA 1: Realizar una inspección visual final de toda la aeronave y en especial de los compartimientos y accesos utilizados durante los trabajos de mantenimiento para verificar que no se hayan
dejado objetos extraños (FOD) dentro de los mismos.

NOTA 2: Hacer un registro fotográfico completo de la ejecución de todos los trabajos programados en el presente workscope. Adjuntar dentro de la documentación del evento las fotografías como
evidencia del cumplimiento de cada una de las tareas programadas.

NOTA 3: En virtud a lo indicado al convenio de mantenimiento entre la OMA 050 y el Operador Servicios Aéreos de los Andes S.A.C AOC 051, Título TERCERO, 2do párrafo se reitera la supervisión
delegada al Certificador de Conformidad de Mantenimiento cuando no disponga de un representante de Aeronavegabilidad Continua, sin perjuicio de que deben ser enviados los documentos
solicitados por el personal de planificación y control de mantenimiento.

Las tareas del presente workscope deberá realizarse de acuerdo a la siguiente data técnica:
• El trabajo se realizará de acuerdo al Programa de Mantenimiento PM BELL 412 Rev. 03. del 28 Septiembre de 2022.
• Manual de Mantenimiento BHT-412-MM Rev. 33 de fecha 15 de Mayo del 2022.
• Pratt & Whitney Maintenance Manual Part Nro. 3040592, Revisión Nro. 43 de fecha 03 de octubre del 2022.
Se ha generado la OT MAXIMO No. 43587 asignada a la OMA 050 para los materiales y/o herramientas sean requeridos.
