Greetings,

I am writing in response to the notice to explain that I received regarding my

decision to provide additional points to students that will be joining in
Educational trip. I appreciate the opportunity to provide an explanation and
address any concerns that may have been raised.

As Physical Education and Health teacher, I encouraged to join because the

activities they will be doing will be their performance task which I believed that
this education tour will serves as another avenue to have their on-hand
activity.

I provided points to students as a way to motivate and encourage them to

perform better in their studies. That they also learn outside school premises
but also with an on-hand experience I intended to reward their hard work and
dedication and create a positive and supportive learning environment. I
believed that providing points could help students achieve their academic goals
and boost their confidence, camaraderie, and self-esteem.

However, I understand that my actions may have caused some concern, and I
apologize for any confusion or inconvenience that may have resulted. Upon
further reflection, I can see that my approach may not have been in line with
established policies or procedures, and I take full responsibility for any
mistakes or errors in judgment.

Moving forward, I will ensure that I adhere to all relevant guidelines and
regulations, and seek appropriate approval before providing any incentives to
students. I value the trust and confidence of my employer/authority, and I will
do everything in my power to maintain that trust going forward.
