Please find below the points to be strictly adhered at the time of Visa application:

Section 1 - Personal Information

1.       Passport Copy first and last page.  In case if a Chinese visa granted previously, share entry and
exit dates with Visa copy.

2.      Photo Size 33mm X 48 mm (sample attached)

3.      Aadhar card copy

4. Copy of Covid Vaccination Certificate

Section 2 - Work Information

1.       Current occupation

2.       Name, address, contact number and e-mail id

3.       Annual income

4.       Indian Company start date and year.

Section 3 - Education

1.       Detailed highest educational qualification with year of completion and university

Section 4- Family Information

1.       Family member – Father Name, Date of Birth address and phone number, e-mail id

2.       Family member – Mother Name, Date of Birth address and phone number, e-mail id

3.       Family member – Spouse Name, Date of Birth address and phone number, e-mail id

4.       Family member – Children Name, Date of Birth address and phone number, e-mail id

Section 5- Travel Information

1. Invitation letter is needed from a Chinese entity with a round stamp only. Square stamps are
not allowed by the Chinese embassy.
2. Invitation from Chinese firm should have the below details
3. Complete address of the Chinese company
4. Name of the authorized signatories
5. Email ids and contact details of the personnel.
6. Above mentioned details are mandatory for filling for visa application. Kindly provide the same
for us to proceed further
2.       Need photo id proof which states address as well of authorized personnel signing on the
invitation letter.
3.       A Chinese company’s registration certification is mandatory to be furnished.
Section 6 - Travel Information in the past

1.       Details of previous travel to China up to last 3 years

2.       Valid other country’s visa

3.       Countries visited in last 5 years
