cultural value of the organization for change, but also empowers and
motivates employees in

● No. It is because the research article is full of information regarding
communication especially
in terms of strategies that leaders use to execute organizational
change.
● Basic information such as the definition from scholars, elements of
communication, strategies,
methodology and results are complete and well presented by the
authors.
● we could see that the authors also put two different perspectives of
the research which is from
the management perspective and the employee perspective.

● There is a need for more research regarding this topic which is very
important for every
organization especially leaders and managers to understand.

it will certainly require multiple research to better understand
