I am writing this letter to recommend Mrs. Tangie Svedberg for a teaching position. I teach 4 th grade
at Andrews Elementary School. Mrs. Svedberg was my student teacher 2022-2023 school year. This
year I had a class of 18 active and culturally diverse students. My class consisted of students with
learning accommodations, behavioral plans, and are ESOL.

I was worried to leave my students with someone new, especially with all of their challenges and
different needs. However, with Mrs. Svedberg’s positive attitude and engaging disposition, she was
able to reach my students, and build a good rapport with them. Building that relationship with my
students was one of the main qualities that impressed me the most.

On top of managing a such a large classroom of students; her daily duties included, doing small
group interventions, teaching and assigning engaging lessons using various media (Google
Classroom, EdPuzzle, Flocabulary, etc.). That is why I am recommending Mrs. Svedberg for a
teaching position. This committed educator will make a huge contribution to whichever school she
teaches at next.
