Wave Veridia Phase-I, Final Certification

Below are the details required for final certification of Veridia Phase-1.

1. Fit-for-occupancy certificate issued by local Government authority

2. Final landscape layout (GFC) showing the play areas, sitting areas, tree and shrubs species
details,
3. Storm water layout pit cross sectional details
4. Final layouts of site with marking of handicapped toilets (one per 250 flats), waste bins, central
waste areas, handicapped parking (one per 250 flats), electric charging points, OWC location,
STP location, WTP location, common area toilets (one per 250 flats), bicycle parking
5. Final GFC floor plans, elevation, section, door window schedules
6. Handicapped toilet layout (plan and cross-sectional details)
7. Project brochure highlighting the green features proposed
8. Final GFC of STP layout, WTP layout, dual plumbing layout, water calculations showing that
STP capacity is enough to meet the whole site (all the towers)
9. Water schematic along with water metering for STP water reuse, landscape water, club house,
car wash etc.
10. Final GFC electric SLD showing the metering for common area lighting, exterior lighting,
elevators, STP, pumps & motors, club house, DG, renewable, AC etc.
11. Material BOQ showing the quantity and cost of material in the project
12. Interior (Common area) and exterior lighting layout with lighting fixture wattage
13. A letter from structural engineer stating the resources optimized in the structural design with
saving of 2.5% steel and cement. Also provide the supporting images
14. Manufacturer letters showing the regionally manufactured with recycled content
15. Quantity of waste generated through out the construction along with the final reuse/sold
strategy. Provide gate pass/challan copies of waste sold to recyclers
16. Below specification sheet/cut sheet
▪ Low SRI material at non-roof areas, high SRI material at roof, Glass (ST 467 or equivalent
to envelope glass, clear glass with VLT of 90% on interior side windows), Lift with universal
measures like braille audio assistance, grab bars etc.), electric charging points, low flow
water fixtures (WC: 4/2 LPF, Kitchen faucets 3.8 LPM or less, toilets faucets 2.5 LPM or
less, shower 6 LPM or less, health faucet 6 LPM or less, Urinal 1.5 LPM or less if any), Drip
irrigation, sprinkle, central shut off valve, timer controlled irrigation systems, STP, WTP
(showing the water quality parameters), HVAC and fresh air system for club house, fly ash
bricks, interior and exterior lights, Solar renewable power, BEE 4 star rated pumps and
motors, energy sub metering, Green Pro certified civil materials (paints, adhesives,
sealants, tiles, cement, glass, wood), FSC certified wood materia with FSC certificate,
OWC, Green Pro certified housekeeping chemicals (post occupancy)

parking etc.), High SRI paint/tiles at roof, Glass, E charging points, low flow water fixtures,

bricks, fly ash for mivon shuttering, interior and exterior lights, Solar renewable power,
