HARDNESS MAPPING OF T WELD JOINT

Weld joint sketch :-

Note :-
1) T weld joint
2) One side ( face 1 & 2 ) is weld with Fronius make welding machine and other side (face 3 & 4 ) is weld with KEMPII make
welding machine.
3) Hardness checked :- up to 4 inches length from welding and 6 inches along length.
4) In hardness table , for each face 1 to 6 means :- 1 is away from weld & 6 is closer to weld
A is near to outer edge of plate & F is away from the plate edge.
