Subject: Reply to your complaint against purchased items

This letter is in reply to your complaint letter ref: C-11/13-22. You have complained
about the grass mowing machines that you bought from our company and returned it
along with the letter. I want to tell you about some facts. First of all you were
provided with an instructional manual that tells you how to use it. After the detailed
inspection of the machine by our repairs department we have come to know that the
machine that you returned along with your letter was not used properly. This machine
is designed only to mow grass not for cutting plants that you did. Second, it has been
clearly mentioned in the manual that was provided to you along with the machine that
the machine is supposed to be stored at a dry place. Rust on the machine clearly
shows that you did not keep it as instructed in the manual and you exposed it to
weather. This negligence and carelessness is not acceptable by the warranty claims
department. How can we give you warranty if you misuse the product! Be aware that
we cannot help you with the warranty claim as you have not read the instructions
manual and did not use it in proper way. It is clearly your fault.

We would rather prefer to let you know in this regard that next time when you get an
opportunity of purchasing any article from our company train your staff about how to
use it. As a result of this training you will not have any such complains in future. At
this point we are unable to help you. You can pick your machine from our shop.
