Commercial Space Rental Contract

This Contract is an agreement between Mrs Agnes T. Zamarro who will be renting the
Commercial Space from Mrs Shiela T. Parcon who own the Renting Space located at
F. Balagtas St. Poblacion, Tagoloan Misamis Oriental.

This Contract will take effect on June 01, 2023 and will end on June 01, 2024 a total of
12 months or 1 year from the date of its effectivity.

The rent of this commercial space will be Php 7,000.00 (Seven Thousand pesos only).
This amount must be paid every 1st of each month. A one month deposit in the amount
of Php 7,000.00 ( Seven Thousand pesos) will be held for the duration of the lease and
will be returned to the renter upon clearing/paying all utility bills incurred by the renter 2
(two) months after the renter have vacated the Commercial Space.

The owner has the right to enter the commercial space with an advance notice of 24
hours for any reason. In an emergency, the owner may disregard this right and enter im-
mediately. Emergencies include those instances in which the property is in immediate
danger such as fire or flood.

The renter will make hers best effort to keep the rented space in good condition. All
other minor/major repairs must be shouldered by the tenant. No major Alterations will
be made space without prior consent/discussion with the owner. All maintenance to the
commercial space will be taken care of by the renter with prior Agreement from the
owner, and other alteration must be advisedly the Renter to the owner immediately prior
the changes.

Utilities (Water & Electricity) will be the responsibility of the tenant.

Signing this agreement implies full understanding of the above conditions and the rental
agreement. This agreement cannot be altered without full consent in writing provided
by both parties.In certain cases of violation, the tenantry be required to vacate without
appeal.

Note:
1. Water Bill may be paid thru
2. Electric Bill to be paid at Cepalco Officesor at certified collecting agents.
3. This Commercial Space Rental Contract is renewable every 12 months/ 1 year upon
the discretion of the owner.
