1. What is faith?

Why we need faith?

Through His Atonement, faith in Jesus Christ enables you to experience both
spiritual and bodily healing. When you are going through a difficult situation, your
religion may give you the courage you need to keep going.

“If ye have faith as a grain of mustard seed, nothing shall be impossible unto you.”

(Matt. 17:20; Luke 17:6)

The Apostle Paul taught that “faith is the assurance of things hoped for, the evidence of
things not seen” (Hebrews 11:1; see footnote b). Alma made a similar statement: “If ye have
faith ye hope for things which are not seen, which are true” (Alma 32:21). Faith is a principle
of action and power.
Personal thought/ opinion

1. Jesus Christ is the Savior of the world and the Son of our loving Heavenly Father.
2. Christ’s Atonement allows humankind to be saved from their sins and return to live
with God and their families forever.
3. Christ’s original Church as described in the New Testament has been restored in
modern time
Necessity of faith?

All of us who serve God and ask Him for the direction of His Spirit get the gift of faith,
which is a gift from Him. If a person is humble, prayerful, and duty-obedient, there is no risk of
him or her losing trust in our Church.

2. Who is God?

In orthodox Mormonism, the term God generally refers to the biblical God the Father,
whom Latter Day Saints refer to as Elohim, and the term Godhead refers to a council
of three distinct divine persons consisting of God the Father, Jesus Christ (his firstborn
Son, whom Latter Day Saints refer to as Jehovah)

God According to Scripture/bible?

1 John 1:5 “This is the message that we have heard from him and declare to you: God
is light, in him there is no darkness at all.”

God according to the church

The Trinity, who is the Father, Son and the Holy Spirit.

Personal thought about God/ opinion.

The vast majority of people on Earth today believe that God exists. Some assert that God
made the world and the skies (s). Every religious book, including the Bible, Quran, and
other holy books, contains a creation story in which their God(s) are said to have created
the world largely from nothing.

Does God Exist?

Yes, One of the most crucial questions a person may think about is this one. Your views
on life, humanity, morality, and democracy will all be significantly impacted by whether or not
you believe in God.

Does God hear our prayers?

Of course, Heavenly Father always hears our petitions, but occasionally it may appear as
though He is not responding because He may not do so at the time or in the manner that we
would choose. We must be prepared to cede our will to His and trust that He is aware of our
best interests.
