APPLICATION FOR COMMISSIONERS GUIDELINES

Information Needed from the Applicants:

1. Name (Surname, First name, Middle initial)

2. Grade level and Section
3. Contact information
4. Report Card
5. Recommendation Letter from an adviser or teacher working in RTRMF DVOREF-SHS (at
least one recommendation letter)
6. Personal Statement on why they want to apply for this position

Applicants Guidelines:

1. The Google Form application link will be available only during the time specified by the
COMELEC Chairperson and Co-Chairperson.
2. The applicant should not have any plans to run for Supreme Student Council.
3. The applicant shall be non-partisan and should not support any candidates.
4. Applicants must be bona fide students of DVOREF-SHS.
5. Applicants must have no grades below 85 in all subjects.
6. Applicants must be willing to comply with the requirements and rules of the COMELEC
Chairperson and Co-Chairperson.
7. Applicants must secure the application or Google form link from the Commission on
Elections office or announcements.
8. The application will be from March 29 to March 31. The students will be given three (3) days
to comply and upload the requirements in the google form.
9. Applicants must fill in all the necessary information in the application.
10. Applicants must submit the application form at the time given by the Commission on
Elections.
11. An interview will follow after the application period. All applicants must attend the interview
in a face-to-face setting.

Note: The application for the positions is open to all the students in DVOREF-SHS.
