Recruitment process in accordance with Ms.

Nona’s new module are as follows:

1. Coordinator/DM/SDM to forward candidates resumes to Recruitment and


Training Team

2. Training Team to schedule assessment of candidates (Processing time: 1-5


days from the date of communication i.e text or call)

3. Assessment of candidates (Filling up of Application Forms, MD5 Testing and


1st screening) Screening results will be discussed with the coordinator.

4. Training team will schedule shortlisted candidates for 2nd screening with
Panel of Reactors) Successful candidates will be given list of requirements to

requirements, they will be attending New Hire Orientation and signing of contract

5. Training Team will conduct site orientation with New Hires
