LEGAL EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT


We are looking for a Legal Executive Assistant with experience in providing admin support to the
Company’s Corporate Legal Counsel and its Legal Team with a range of tasks.

Job Description
● Performs basic Executive Assistant tasks:
1. Optimize the Corporate Legal Counsel’s time and priorities to help him/her reach the Legal
Team’s goals
2. Take ownership and manage calendars and scheduling of the Corporate Legal Counsel
3. Research and develop plans for your Corporate Legal Counsel’s personal and professional
growth
4. Demonstrate initiative 
5. Build rapport with the Corporate Legal Counsel’s network and team and help to manage
these important relationships 
6. Drive internal and external communications, presentations, reports and social media
● Prepares and submits legal and regulatory reportorial requirements and other filings, when
necessary, on time and properly
● Processes certain requests for permits, certificates or licenses assigned to Legal
● Submits requirements before, and liaises with, government offices
● Participates in or coordinates efforts to gather information required by legal process, and
regulatory and licensing agencies
● Assists in maintenance of domestic and international subsidiaries/affiliates by maintaining
reports assigned to Legal
● Drafts board and committee meeting minutes and resolutions assigned to Legal
● Conducts research, verifies and investigates facts and assists in developing legal arguments
● Organizes and archives the documents related to completed and ongoing transactions and/or
Legal tasks
● Provides administrative support including processing, drafting, editing, proofreading and
finalizing for signature/approval a variety of correspondence and/or specialized legal
documentation

Qualifications and Requirements


● Bachelor’s degree
● 2 to 3 years of experience handling executive and admin assistant duties
● Excellent skills working independently and within a team
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills
● Flexible
● Time management and organizational skills, i.e. able to set priorities, handle multiple projects,
manage deadlines, schedule daily activities throughout the day for the most efficient use of
time, and work effectively with people
● Superior attention to detail and ability to produce a precise work product
● Resourcefulness, with research and investigation skills
● Able to actively find a creative solution efficiently and proactively
● Able to exercise discretion and maintain confidentiality are essential
● Proficient in Microsoft, Apple/Mac and Google Tools and other work efficiency tools or has 2 to 3
years of experience using tools and databases
● Must be comfortable with technology
● Have a positive can-do attitude
● Office Location: Remote
● Shift Schedule: 9am to 6pm
