1. Executive summary

This project will be implemented in manufacturing unit of Blue Verse India Pvt Ltd. Currently we are facing many
difficulties to run a systematic Manufacturing facility. In addition of it we are going to implement New ERP process.
ERP system will allow us to plan and schedule production efficiently, making sure materials move through the work
order quickly and helping business to run smoothly.

In this project all departments are linked and covered for best efficiency. Key stake holders will be in the loop as
well for detailed and user friendly implementation.
