“AN EXECUTIVE ORDER FOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PEACE AND

ORDER AND PUBLIC SAFETY (POPS) PLAN FY 2017-2019 FOR THE
MUNICIPALITYOF SULTAN DUMALONDONG, PROVINCE OF LANAO DEL SUR”

WHEREAS, on March 12, 2017, the Office of the Municipal Mayor received a
resolution from the Sangguniang Bayan for the approval of a resolution adopting
Peace and Order and Public Safety (POPS) Plan, FY 2017-2019 for the Municipality of
Sultan Dumalondong. The said resolution was reffered to the Committee on Peace
and Order and Public Safety Committee under Honorable Langco A. ramal;

WHEREAS, the main goals of Peace and Order and Public Safety Plan or
(POPS) Plan are: to strengthen the partnership and collaboration with the
stakeholders of the Municipality of Sultan Dumalondong; strengthen the
organizational development of PNP, AFP, MTMO, MDRMMO, Improved the community
safety through community oriented and human rights based policing;/ eliminate
terrorism in the Municipality; to provide support to the Municipality of Sultan
Dumalondong’s constituents, investors and visitors;

WHEREAS, perusal of the submitted plan reveals that the Municipality of

Sultan Dumalondong Peace and Order council is acted to enhance the capabilities of
the law enforcers by implementing programs and activities that will develop their
skills, promote innovative solutions by using modern technologies and encourage
peoples participation in building a safe and drug Municipality of Sultan
Dumalondong;

NOW THEREFORE, I, JAMEL BACARAMAN KURANGKING, the Municipal

Mayor of the Municipality of Sultan Dumalondong, Province of Lanao Del Sur, by
virtue of the power vested in me by law, do hereby order the Peace and Order and
Public Safety (POPS) Plan be implemented in the Municipality of Sultan
Dumalondong.

Section 1. REPEALING CLAUSE. All orders and issuances that are inconsistent with
this order are hereby repealed or modified accordingly.

Section . EFFECTIVITY, This order shall take effect immediately.

Done in the Municipal Hall of Sultan Dumalondong, Lumbac, Province of Lanao del
Sur, this 18th of March 2017
