Assignment 3 – Project (10%)

Read the following Instructions:

1. This assignment is open from 9th April 2023@ 6:00 PM to 18th May 2023 @ 11:59
PM.
2. This assignment holds 10 marks.
3. This assignment is graded with a rubric (you can check the grading rubric on top)
4. This assignment is a group assignment, and the groups shall be formed in your BB
section.
5. Each group must decide and assign a group leader for their group and group leaders
shall submit the assignment in BB on behalf of the group.
6. Submission is only via Blackboard.
7. You have two attempts for this assignment.
8. You are highly advised not to wait till the last hours to submit your answer; if you
face any technical difficulties, your tutor will not be available at that time to
respond. If you fail to submit your answer, it will result in a zero mark in all cases.
9. Late submissions will not be accepted and will result in a zero mark in all cases.
10. Press the "Submit" button when your answer is ready for grading; failing to press
submit button will lead to no submission and hence zero mark.
11. To submit your answer, please use the Attach files for uploading your document (PDF
format only and make sure to attach the right document; attaching the wrong
document will result in a ZERO mark in all cases).
 Examples of an infographic brochure
You own a start-up business, and you want to share some basic information
about your business vision, mission, structure, motivation, and leadership
with your new employees. As an owner, create an A4 infographic brochure
that attracts employees to really read what you want to share with them.

You need to:

1. Think of a business and create a clear business vision and mission

statement.
2. Be specific about how your structure would look like.
3. How will you motivate these employees?
4. What your leadership style will be in your business?
5. Keep your infographic brochure clear and simple with a minimum of 1
page and a maximum of 2 pages.

4. You can also use whatever software you feel comfortable with (ex: word,
