Subject: Proposed Repair of Cracks at Box Culvert, MNC Group Theme Park Project

Good afternoon Pak Gilang,

Thank you for your time during my site visit at your on-going Box-Culvert project together with
your KSO STC-NRC contractor, thank you too for listening to my waterproofing presentation
and hoping that our Hydrophobic Pore-blocking Ingredient technology can help MNC Group in
realizing a PERMANENT waterproofing for your next incoming projects.

In relation to the required repair of cracks, please find the attached Epoxy Injection Method
Statement and Technical Data Sheet of our Epoxy Resin and Hardener. Should PU Injection be
required, please also find the attached PU Injection Procedure which is actually similar to
injecting epoxy.

Below are few photos provided to us as a reference.
