PROFESSIONAL PRESENTATIONS

Hello, my name is Sagbo Justin . I'm 23. l'm French and Ivoirian. I'm from Annecy. I have been

studying at the Centre de Formation des Apprentis de l'Industrie (CFAl), which is, a

vocational training center, in Thyez. I've been there for 4 years. I am preparing a Higher

Technician Certificate (BTS), which is equivalent to a team leader diploma or working in a

design office. The work- study program is structured where I work in a company for two

weeks and I study at CFAI for two weeks .I am an Electrical Technician Apprentice. I have

been there for 2 years. I am responsible for the assembly of the electrical cabinet and the

wiring of all the electrical equipment (circuit breakers, dimmers, etc.) I work with a team, but

I sometimes work alone too. I am interested in this field because I like to do manual work

and I really like the variety of tasks I do, because it is always a situation of thinking about

how to arrange the circuit breakers in my electrical cabinets and how to make the holes

English is necessary in my field because in the design office we communicate with English-

speaking customers .Personally, I do not communicate in English with English-speaking

customers because my task is to assemble and wire electrical cabinets . Before starting my

apprenticeship, I had never had any experience or done an internship in this field . I am very

motivated, enthusiastic, curious, voluntary and always want to learn. My short term goals

are to graduate, and be hired full time at Electro-Tableau. My long-term goals are to

continue to acquire the necessary skills to create my own business. The most important

future factors that will have an impact on my career will be the evolution of electrical

equipment and automatons, the change in standards which will surely be different from the

standard protocol . In the event of a change in the standards, training will be required to

know the new protocol.
