NOTICE TO KEY PROFESSIONALS/ CONSULTANCY FIRMS/ CLIENTS REGISTERED ON INFRACON PORTAL WEBSITE Subject: INFRACON Portal is being upgraded for e-SIGN for Key Personal & Digital Signature for Consultancy Firms, 1. INFRACON is a web based National Portal for Consultancy Firms which facilitates the hosting of CVs of Key personnel and Credentials of Consultancy Firms since 2015 under MoRT&H maintained by NHIDCL. 2. Key Personnel are required to submit consent for selection in Bidding Process and creation of Team IDs. Henceforth, eSign shall be used for providing his consent to Consultancy Firms for the Team from 3rd May 2023 will initially be optional and shall become mandatory from 17" May, 2023. All Key personnel are requested to utilize the service and revert to supportinfracon@gov.in in case of any issues faced 3. Consultancy Firms are required to submit the tender to the clients on INFRACON Portal. Henceforth, Use of Digital Signature Tokens for Digital Signatures (currently optional)shall be used for submitting tender after creating Team ID. This service shall become mandatory from 1° May 2023.Consultancy Firms are requested to utilize the service of Digital Signatures (using DSC tokens) and revert to support. infracon@gov.in in case of any issues faced. It is requested to make necessary arrangement for Digital Signature Tokens to continue bidding 3rd May 2023 will initially be optional and shall become mandatory from 17" May, 2023 4. Clients (NHAI, MoRTH, NHIDCL, BRO, IAHE, etc.) are requested to take note that “Move Data’ facility shall be automatic after implementing mandatory e-Sign for Key Personnel & Digital Signature for Consultancy Firms.
